Our delicious bacon is cured for a minimum of 10-14 days, then it is hot smoked to perfection over nothing other than tropical hardwood! Yes, bacon contains a fair amount of fat, however 50% at it is monounsaturated mostly oleic acids, the same found in olive oil.   So feel good about eating bacon, it is high in animal protein that helps build muscle while providing energy throughout your day. Not to mention some of the tastiest bacon you've probably ever put on your mouth!!
